In the Deane and Kavanagh Report to the governor of Maine, dated July & August 1831, it is noted that Firmin purchased "30 rods front below and 67 rods front above". Firmin claims lot extends from the river to the river, back of Michaud's house. There is a barn and 40 acres of cleared land.
