    Pierre agreed to sell half of his land to Joseph Michaud. Michaud paid 213 livres "and twenty ecus of pins for the said lady seller" for the three arpents of frontal land. Michaud paid 140 livres on the feast of Sainte-Anne, with the remainder paid on the same day the following year. Pierre would be "keeping for himself possession of half of the hay which will come from it for five years".
