    Land:
    Marin sold three arpents of frontage on the Saint-Charles Rivier "from the stream which separates the cleared field of the Reverand Fathers Recollets from the deserted property formerly of Jacques Caumont".

    Property:
    According to Benjamin Sulte, Marin sold a house that he owned in Montagne to Jean Guyon. It was located next to Pierre Forget.

    Immigration:
    Marin, wife Perrinne, their sons, Jean-Galleran and Louis-Marin, along with Francois (son of first marriage) came to New France with Robert Giffard and Noel Juchereau. They first lived on the Riviere Saint-Charles and then in Chateau-Richer.

    Inheritance:
    Marin is mentioned in the will of Champlain. Champlain's will read "I give to Marin, mason, living near the house of the Recollect Fathers, the last suit that I had made from material which I got at the store".

    Land:
    Marin took a concession next to Olivier Le Tardif.

    Land:
    Boucher's son-in-law, Louis Houde, returned to Marin the one and one half arpents in frontage that Marin had given to him.

    Debt:
    Marin signed a note for 176 livres for the Fabrique de Quebec, an old debt contracted from the Campagnie des Habitants.

    Marin gave to son-in-law Jean Plante, 2 arpents of land. A receipt was given to Plante on 7 February 1659. Boucher gave him an addtional 8 perches on 8 July 1659 and right of passage on 27 September 1668.

    Marin gave his son Jean-Galeran 2 arpents of land. He gave him an additional 7 1/2 perches on 15 December 1662.

    "In the year of Our Lord Jesus Christ 1671, on the 29th of March died Marin Boucher after having lived as a good Christian and received the Holy sacraments of eucharist, penance and the last rights of extreme unction, was buried in the cemetery of Chateau-Richer by Monsieur Morel accompanied by the Reverend Father Nouvelle and by me doing priestly functions for them on the coast of Beaupre." Signed F. Fillion, missionary priest.
