Land 26 Mar 1676 Beauport, Quebec, Canada [1] - Guilluame sold his land, including cabins and barn to Charles Cadieux dit Courville. Charles gave 500 livres in principal and 10 pins to acquire the property. Notary Rageot recorded this in his notes at Quebec. The next day it was ratified.

At Beauport, before notary Vachon, Guillaume admitted a debt of 136 livres 5 sols "for settlement of account for both the cens and the rent in arrears owned by him lent in his great need and necissity and for merchandise before this day". Guillaume immediately paid 18 livres. He mortgaged 12 minots of wheat and one hundred planks to be delivered "in the boat of the said Sieur de Saint Denis to the said place of Grande Ance".
