This included 3 arpents of frontal land, 9 head of cattle (4 draft), 1 plow, 1 cart, 2 axes, 2 pickaxes, 3 augers, 2 handsaws, 3 cooper's molds, 6 plates, 2 pots, 1 fire shovel, 1 gun and similar gear. Louis would provide his parents with heat, food and drink and allow them use of the garden, 1 cow and 6 hens. At their deaths he would have 25 masses said for their souls. The document was signed by Louis, Eustache Fortin and Claude Guimont.
