    • Notary Cusson drew up the contract which neither spouse could sign. Witnesses were Michel Fizet, Francois Fafart, Marie Richard, wife of Fafart, Antoine Trotier dit Desruisseaux, Catherine Lefevbre, wife of Antoine Trotier, Pierre Trotier and Suzanne Migaude, wife of Pierre Trotier. The contract was later collated into the minute book of notary Becquet.
