    Before notary Etienne Janneau, Jean redivided his property. The daughters renounced their shares. Sebastien and Francois would support their brother Joseph until the age of 20. When Joseph reached the age of majority, he would have his right to his part of the land. Sebastien would inherit the northeast section and Francois the southwest. Jean and Sainte would retain the area of the garden. All children would reap the harvest of the apple trees.

At the end of this period, they would both give 14 minots of wheat annually and Francois would pay 25 livres a year. Sebastien remained the owner of the buildings already built but would help Francois build a house 18 feet square and a shed 30 by 20 feet.
