    Isaac purchased from Mathieu Hubou an arpent and a half of frontage by sixty arpents deep on the Saint-Charles river. The property contained buildings and cost him 400 livres.

    Legal Matter:
    Isaac was ordered to pay compensation of a half-minot of wheat plus a day's labor for "damages done by livestock" to Vincent Regnault.

    After the cow incident, Isaac had to pay compensation on 15 Dec 1663 for an unruly pig. He had to pay for all damages and a fine of 14 livres.

    Land:
    Isaac purchased two arpents in frontage from Pierre Murault for 60 livres. The farm was in the village of Saint-Jerome, near Charlesbourg.
