The requirements were to pay each year 4 livres to the seigneur, 2 live capons, 12 deniers for the cens and to deliver "one-eleventh of all of the fish which will be caught. The fish to be salted by them, the vessels and the salt necessary to be furnished to them." On 3 December 1669 this property was sold to the benefit of Jean Durand. Jean acknowledged an arpent of cleared wood next to this land.
